Vegan-friendly blueberry pancake recipe!

Who doesn't like pancakes? Everyone does, so check out this delicious, vegan-friendly blueberry pancake recipe!

  • You will need:

wholemeal flower, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, soy milk (unflavoured), maple syrup, vanilla extract, bananas, olive oil, blueberries, plant-based yoghurt (plain), hemp seeds.


  • Recipe:

Add flour, baking powder, a small pinch of salt and ground cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add in soy milk or any other unsweetened plant-based milk, half of the maple syrup, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and mix everything well until it has a uniform consistency. Add in the half of the fresh blueberries.Heat an oiled pan to medium-high heat. Scoop out large spoonfuls of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook until slightly browned on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Top pancakes with plant-based yogurt, hemp seeds, rest of the blueberries, remaining maple syrup and enjoy!
