When craving something tasty try to make this delicious recipe at home: Vegan friendly Chia seed pudding!


  • You will need:

almond milk, bananas, mango, Chia seeds, shredded coconut, vanilla extract.

  • Preparation:

Pour warm vegetable milk in a bowl or a cup. Add chia seeds and vanilla extract or just a little vanillin to the milk and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds rise. If possible, leave the pudding overnight so it would be firmer. Blend banana with mango can be used frozen. Leave a few pieces of mango for decorating. Place the prepared pudding and fruit puree in layers in a serving dish. Decorate with pieces of mango and coconut chips.
